Ouch…looks like the curse of injuries has again rocked Brazil’s World Cup team.
If you remember..back in 2002 Brazil lost Emerson just before the Finals due to injury.

This time around they have lost the services of Barcelona’s 29-year-old midfielder Edmilson.
And if you still remember, Edmilson scored one of the most beautiful goals of the World Cup 2002.
In fact it was voted as the best goal of the tournament.

Edmilson suffered a knee injury in training on Monday in Switzerland but he was only pulled out of the squad by the defending champions on Wednesday following the results of a scan.

But with talents abounding…Brazil wont feel the pinch..will they?
