Posh and Tweedy Part 2

What a dissapointing display that was!,i was utterly dissapointed by the display of England and even Ecuador in their second round match.

The game really never had any live in it,i would go so far to say that this game has been (for me) the MOST boring game in this tournament.

I just can’t understand Sven Goran’s tactics,it’s a good thing he’s gone after this World Cup,you just get a feeling that Steve Mcclaren can do a better job than Sven.

All comments aside, there’s nothing worth to say other than Rooney was left all alone,Lampard still can’t get his scoring boots on,Becks scores the winning goal and that means he has now scored in all the World Cup’s he played in…and all his World Cup goals have come against South American opponents (Colombia,Argentina,Ecuador) and all have come through dead ball situations.

John Terry looked nothing like we know him to be,Ashley Cole saved England single handedly in the first half to deny Ecuador,Joe Cole and Gerrard were out of sorts..and basically i could go the whole day writing negative comments about England, nevertheless they are through to the last 8 and will now be eagerly awaiting either Portugal or Holland.

Saviour Yet Again

For all the nasty comments the English media has laid on Beckham, you really got to take your hat off..he was in fact the deciding factor in this game, with what he does best..FREEKICKS.
It was an exceptionally beautiful freekick, and i don’t think you can take one any better than that (Carlos and Van Persie will have something to say about that).

Game ended 1-0 to England.
