A bombshell revelation for Jose Mourinho to ponder upon this next few days as Didier Drogba
has followed the route taken by Hernan Crespo by saying that “I’m not a greedy person but if the price is right and I still feel giddy about Chelsea, then I’ll go.â€Â
This stunning revelation was reveled by TheSun (UK) today.
Drogba said: “I’m a Chelsea player at the moment and I am planning to do my best this season.
“But at one time, yes, I did really want to leave. The accusations of diving, the playing pattern and some other personal issues were all part of it.
“Sometimes when you have so much pressure on you, there is a need to change scene so that your game does not suffer.”
This makes things a little intresting, the champion crumbling a little just before the season starts.
But even if Drogba leaves (which i don’t think he will) they still have Shevcenko and Kalou…but they would than have to buy another World class foward, otherwise they will be lacking up front..
Like i said, i don’t anticipate Drogba’s departure, i think he has at least another season in him with Chelsea.
