It’s a done deal, Ruud will be hooking up with his old pal Beckham once again in the Madrid team.
Real Madrid now look a completely superb side with new purchases for each deparment - Cannavaro in defence, Emerson in midfield and now Ruud up front.
The Dutchman will face stiff competition from Raul, Robinho, Julio Baptista, Antonio Cassano and Ronaldo for a place in the Real attack, although his arrival is likely to hasten the departure of at least one of the forwards.
There are rumors that Raul might be heading to Liverpool and some suggest that it will be Ronaldo who will be making the exit.
So than, the burning question now is, will Sir Alex finally do something in the transfer market?
will he opt for a midfield hardman and convert Alan Smith back to being a striker, or will be for some reason buy a foward and a midfielder?
Only time will tell, but most definitely SirAlex will be making his move soon, especially with the extra 15 million euros pocketed from the Ruud sale.
