Besides a a few personal and professional details that need to be ironed out Martin O’Neill is set to make an appreance back in the Premiership with midlands club Aston Villa.
That would enable the Irishman to take charge of Villa’s pre-season tour of Germany and Holland which begins with Saturday’s clash in Hanover.
O’Neill has been chairman Doug Ellis’ number-one target ever since O’Leary parted company with Villa just over a fortnight ago.
O’Neill quit his ols club Celtic 15 months ago in May 2005 to take care of his ailing wife,but it now looks certain he will come out from his self imposed exile and take charge of Villa.
If your a Villa fan do you agree with the move? I think O’Neill is a really good addition to any team,in fact no so long ago he was rumored to be replacing Sir Alex at Man Utd!.
It all goes as plan i think Villa could make a sensational start in the Premier League This season.
