Hernan Crespo has finally received his wish, to head back to Italy that is, but this time around he’s with another team in Milan -Inter Milan.
Chelsea released the Argentinian on a free transfer and now Inter look as strong as ever with the recent addition on Vieira and now Crespo.
Inter signed Crespo on a 2 year contract but the Premiership champions Chelsea do have the option of taking the striker back after one season.
A statement on the Italian club’s website: “Hernan Crespo is an Inter player. The striker has signed a two-year contract until June 30, 2008.
“Crespo joins Inter on a two-year free transfer from Chelsea, who have the right to take the player back after one season.”
With the addition of Crespo in their ranks Inter are looking like a team to be reckon with in Europe and in their domestic league, a great player Crespo is indeed.
This will also prompt Jose Mourinho to look for another striker as Chelsea only now have 2 experienced fowards in Drogba and Shevchenko.
I wonder who’ll be on their list?…………
