What a week it has been for Middlesbrough who were on high after beating reigning champions Chelsea last week only to lose to Portsmouth 4-0.

Kanu was the main culprit as he scored a brace to lift Harry Redknapp’s side to second spot just behind Man Utd.The 4-0 win is also Pompey’s biggest-ever away win in the Premiership.

Harry Redknapp looks to have moulded a good team for this season although he would love to bring another player or two to futher bolster the squad.I won’t be suprise if Pompey manage to do a ‘Wigan’ this season but as always consistency is what they need because based on tonight’s match they already have a decent and good enough team to finish in the top 7 come May 2007.
