I thought i got a shock this morning when it was revealed that Rossi had been loaned out to Newcastle by Manchester United, however this news is even more shocking that shock itself. :P

Rumors are (according to Tevez site) that both Carlos Tevez and national team and club colleague Javier Mascherano will be joining West Ham.

Both have been linked with Manchester United and Chelsea over the summer with Arsenal also apparently in the running to bring Tevez to the Emirates Stadium where Tevez and Mascherano will play on saturday in an exhibition match against Brazil.

However West Ham will pull a major (not to mention expensive) coup in signing the talented duo from Corithians.West Ham is understood to be bidding on a very low sum but have pleased Corinthians because instead of a permanent move West Ham are only seeking to loan both players for the whole season and Corinthians are ready to accept a smaller sum in return for a bigger slice of any future sell-on fee which West Ham will have the first option to uy both players after their loans are completed.

But one fact needs to be stated and is that the pair’s rights are owned by Media Sports Investment, a British-based company with financial involvement in Corinthians. MSI were linked with a takeover of the Hammers last season and MSI also has links to Chelsea owner Roman Abromovich…it all looks fishy to me…could it be that Corinthians are forced to loan the players to West Ham by MSI who in the long run plan to take over of West Ham? or could it be a devious plan by Mr.Abromovich to ‘test’ both players in the Premier League before bringing them to Chelsea next season?

That’s just my train of thought, it might not be true but than again if West Ham do beat Arsenal and Man Utd for the duo than you got to believe that something is on the cards later in the future…….
