Do you remember the glory days of Mcmanaman,Berger,Jamie Redknapp,Robbie Fowler and Stan Collymore? If you do than your…..old!.

Nah, just kidding, i remember them too but among all the names listed above only Fowler is still playing at a high level (if you count playing as a sub for Liverpool ‘high’).

But today i read a news that totally caused me to laughed out so extra loud, because a certain “Stan The Man’ Collymore is on a comeback trail.I wouldn’t be laughing had he been younger than 35 but at that age he should be playing Playstation not footy and what made it even more amazing is that Stan claims he his hitting the comeback trail because he wants to play in the Premiership.

Who in da world would ever want to sign him? I can’t think of any Premiership club making a bid for him so it will be intresting to see what happens and it will most prolly happen during the January transfer window although technically any club could sign him as he is a free agent.

“I`ve had physical tests and I`m confident I will come back faster, stronger and fitter than I ever was,” Collymore told the Daily Mirror.

“A month from today, I guarantee I will be able to stand side by side with any striker in the country and my physique will be up there with any of them.

“This time, I`m not going to self-destruct. You are not going to see headlines about me being kicked out of a bar somewhere in the early hours rolling drunk.
