Ghana really really impressed me during last summer’s World Cup, I loved their free flowing football and their constant attacking approach, so i guess it comes as no suprise that Ghana ran out 4-1 winners against Nigeria in last night’s friendly.
Nigeria were without Newcastle’s Obafemi Martins for this match which came as a suprise as he was given the all clear by Newcastle to feature in this match.
Martins, to my great surprise, was not here. He was called up to the squad two weeks ago, and Newcastle allowed him to play.
‘He is nowhere to be found. I should take it to the highest authority, because it is the highest level of indiscipline and disrespect.’
