I mean, no matter how good they are, the younger ones will always stay out of the way of players like Ronaldo, Beckham or Roberto Carlos. Giving them more credit (like Wenger at Arsenal) might reward the club a lot more than the "star system" they created right now. More, the younger players will be a lot more attached to the club, since they are eager to win and gain creduit. Maybe giving more credit to their own players?
