What a night of Champions Leagu action that was only marred by a fracas at the end of the Valencia-Inter game.

Defending Champions Barcelona has been knocked out of the competition by a resilient Liverpool team, Chelsea saw off Porto 2-1 thanks to Robben and Ballack, Valencia drew 0-0 with Inter but go through thanks to their two away goals and Roma dented the hopes of Lyon yet again with a 2-0 win.
