It looks like both Chelsea and Man Utd are not wasting time in rebuilding their teams, Utd are on the verge of signing Owen Hargreaves while it is now reported that West Ham are offering Chelsea their cult hero Carlos Tevez for £35m.

Kia Joorabchian is due to meet with West Ham chairman Eggert Magnusson this week about extending Tevez’s deal but with his stock now at an all-time high, the lure and financial power of the FA Cup winners might prove too much
