Man Utd’s Kieran Richardson is on the verge of leaving Old Trafford after failing to nail down a regular spot in the first eleven even though Utd’s squad last season lack depth, and with the addition of Nani and Anderson it looks highly unlikely that Kieran will make an impact at OT.For me personally i’ve always like the way he played and contributed to the team, he is short tempered like Alan Smith but than again he also has a wickedly powerful left foot.
West Ham has been the only club that has made an official offer (£4million) but former Red Devils defender Steve Bruce is believed to be keen on luring Richardson to Birmingham, and Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp has money to burn and feels the United star could form a lethal left-sided partnership with Matt Taylor at Fratton Park.
Odds are he will end up at West Ham as he is already quite familiar with the club as he was a West Ham United’s youth academy player but i think he would be a good buy for Newcastle with Duff still out till November.
