Alan Curbishley who will be backed in the transfer market this summer by owner Eggert Magnusson is planning on making a bid for Liverpool’s Craig Bellamy and Spurs Jermaine Defoe.
Yossi Benayoun could be made a makeweight and offered to Liverpool in exchange for Bellamy’s services, i for one think that is utter rubbish because Benayoun was the Hammers top player last season and because he will most probably fade away at Anfield.
On the other hand will Defoe return to West Ham with the majority of supporters still angry at him for leaving the club and now playing for their London rivals Spurs.
With the intention of making a bid for two strikers West Ham has affectively futher fuel rumors that Carlos Tevez is on his way out with Juventus or Man Utd being is destination.
