I was just browsing Wikipedia.com today when i came across an article about Football League 100 Legends.The Football League 100 Legends is a list of “100 legendary football players” produced by The Football League in 1998, to celebrate the 100th season of League football. Any player, whether English or not, that had played in the Football League or the FA Premier League was eligible for inclusion.Eric Cantona, Peter Schmeichel,Kenny Dalglish,John Barnes and more are also on that list.

However is an honor for Giggs as he is the ONLY player listed on the 100 Legends that is still actually playing, in fact he’s playing at the highest level with Manchester United and still has an important role to play this season.
