Samuel Eto’o missed a large chunk of last season due to injuries and it’s continuing a little bit more as the Cameroonian suffered a partial tear of a tendon in his right thigh in Wednesday’s 5-0 victory over Italian champions Inter Milan in the Gamper Trophy at the Nou Camp.

This will be a blow to Barca but they do have the likes of Ronaldinho,Henry and Messi in their squad and should be more than able to cope with the lost of Eto’o to injury.

Club doctors confirmed that he would be out for at least two months
