Tottenham Hotspur won the race for one of the hottest targets of the season, Luka Modric, the 22 year old Croatian Midfilder. The signing fee is believed to be about £20m according to a source in Zagreb.

Luka Modric is about to sign a 5 year deal with the spurs. Luka Modric will make the move to London this summer after he’ll pass the medical test and receive his work permit.

Modric was noticed during the Euro 2008 qualifying campaign, especially in the last game against England.
