Today is the day that all football fans have been anticipating all month, it is both good and bad, Good because we have a great final ahead of us, bad because Euro 2008 will have finished and life will resume as normal. Germany and Spain kick of thee final match with Spain beating Russia and Germany defeating Turkey we are now left with only two teams.

Spain will be without top scorer David Villa after he liped off in the semi final, but this may not be a bad thing for Spain as it may hand Cesc Fabregas a start after is outstanding contribution in the semi final.

Germany have a big injury worry over Ballack who has a calf injury, he did not train at the weekend and is under going treatment it is unknown if he will be fit for tonights final.

Who will win it
These two teams play in entirely contrasting styles, the Germans play back to front as quickly and as clincally as possible with an average height of 6ft+ this is a big side and they will pose an aerial threat for Spain. Spain like to keep the ball and play the quick passing game, they remind me of Arsenal, but this may be their downfall as they can only play this way.

My Prediction
3-1 Spain
I think Spain will finally break the curse that haunts them at the big stage, i think they will add another trophy to their collection (1 just now)
