Roy Keane’s summer signings don’t appear to have ended with the news that West Ham have accepted an £8 million offer for the 23 year old central defender.
West Ham had been keen for Ferdinand to sign a new deal at the club, but it appeared that Anton was looking elsewhere and now Sunderland have made their move on the English defender.
Curbishley stated that the matter was out of his hands, and that the club had accepted the offer - not him. He went on to say that now the bid has been accepted then all it takes is for Sunderland to agree terms with Ferdinand before the transfer is completed.
Meanwhile heres a video of Anton performing his moves, along with ex-teammate Nigel Reo Coker…
