Tomorrow the Premier League is back and I am getting used to more and more people coming up with the excuse that their team has the most injuries.
Today I have been searching to find out who really has the most injuries? Is it Manchester United? Is it Arsenal?
I can tell you that the club (right now) with the most player injuries is Chelsea with nine, players such as Lampard, Cech, Essien, J.Cole and Alex are injured.
Chelsea are closely followed by Manchester United who have 8 injuries- Berbatov, Ferdinand, Rooney, Brown, Hargreaves, Scholes and Fletcher are all injured.
The team with the least injuries is Aston Villa who only have one injury who is Bouma and he has a foot injury.
Here is the table of Premier League injuries thanks to PhysioRoom.com
- Chelsea
- Manchester United
- Newcastle
- Arsenal
- Middlesbrough
- Portsmouth
- West Ham
- Manchester City
- Sunderland
- Wigan
- Blackburn
- Bolton
- Everton
- Fulham
- Hull
- Liverpool
- West Brom
- Tottenham
- Stoke
- Aston Villa
Any surprises with the table? Personally I am suprised that Spurs have very few injuries.

It does not surprise me that Newcastle are high up there!! Newcastle are always near the top of that table. The Ground that they use to train on is the worst I have seen. I used to play competitive footie on it and it was the most uneven pitch I had played on.
