The Carling Cup Semi Final draw has now been made, and here it is:

Manchester City vs. Manchester United
Blackburn Rovers/Chelsea vs. Aston Villa

Obviously the pick of the ties being the Manchester derby, whilst Blackburn Rovers and Chelsea are still playing out extra-time in their Carling Cup Quarter Final.
