In what could be a briliant piece of business by QPR manager Mark Hughes, it looks as if Man United´s Ji Sung Park will be heading to the London team in their quest to push up the Premier League table come the 2012/2013 season.
Park has been a very faithful servant of United, featuring in many of their big games, putting in some ever reliable performances. He´s scored goals in some very big games for the club, and so the move to QPR may be seen as a bit of a step down for the South Korea international.
Some believe the transfer could be used as a marketing ploy by Tony Fernandes, the chairman of the club, who has close ties with AirAsia. The signing of Park will be very popular in Asia, as Park has a huge following, which could lead to a higher profile of the club in the Far East. Whatever the reasons however, Ji Sung Park is proven to have great talent and will be a huge signing for the club if the moves does go through. He´s expected to leave Man United for around 5 million pounds. Park has failed to feature regularly for Man United this season, so he´s sure to get many more games at Loftus Road.
