A petition has been started to cap the prices of away games in the Premier League to £30, please do your bit by signing.
The petition cites that Arsenal are charging away fans for the Manchester City game £62 and Tottenham charging Arsenal fans £71 for a ticket. This is more than double what they might have to pay at a ground like Sunderland’s – hardly fair really, even if it is likely to be a “better” game.
The BBC recently published an article on how cutting the costs of Premier League tickets is unlikely to be feasible in the future.
