Rumors suggest that David James is about to make his way to White Hart Lane to replace Paul Robinson as Radek Cerny is viewed as a backup plan.Juande Ramos seems to be going for one the current England number 1 keeper to replace the former number 1 and though James is 37-years-old i think this would be a good move.
The saves that James has pulled this season is impressive, and a few minutes ago he saved Portsmouth in the FA Cup agaisnt Preston North End by saving a penalty.
Spurs need a quick fix at the back for next season and so i believe than Ramos idea is quite good, David James has Premiership experience, he has played at top level before and he is currently on the best form of his career, and it’s common knowledge in the footy circle that goalkeppers tend to get better with age compared to their outfiled compatriots.
