Just wow. This weeks ‘Wag of the Week’ is Manchester United and England defender Chris Smalling’s stunning girlfriend Sam Cooke.
Smalling, 23, who featured in England’s 1-0 defeat at the hands of Germany on Tuesday, is a very lucky man to be with Cooke, born four years before the defender.
The former Fulham defender was first pictured with the blonde beauty whilst on holiday with Cooke in Barbados this summer.
