Paul Scholes is a retired English and Manchester United footballer that now works as a television pundit, and is also a co-owner of Salford City, a semi-professional club that plays in the National League North.
Having played for Manchester United for the entirety of his career spanning 1993 to 2012, Scholes scored 155 goals from midfield as well as 14 goals for national side England. During his time at Manchester United, Scholes won an astonishing 25 trophies, including two UEFA Champions League titles, 11 Premier league titles, four FA Cups, three League Cups, three Club World Cups, two Intercontinental Cups and two Community Shields.
Scholes is considered one of Manchester United’s greatest ever footballers.
He has written an autobiography titled: “Scholes: My story”.
He is married to childhood sweetheart Claire Froggart with whom he has three children.
