Fulham reports that striker Clint Dempsey will not be available for this quarter-final second leg tie after a having thigh injury on Sunday. David Elm is missing too.
This means that striker Bobby Zamora is going to face a key fitness test on his Achilles tendon. Manager Roy Hodgson will now be more anxious than ever over the condition of his attacking players and the outcome of the match.
